If you have any dissatisfaction with your frinkey order, our team will be happy to help you solve the problem. See below for more information on our return policy.

 

How long is the return window?
We will accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
*Please note that we do not accept returns after 7 days. If an item is returned after the 7-day window, we may have to return it to your default shipping address and ask you to pay the shipping fee.

After the refund order is approved, it will be reflected in the user's bill within 5-10 days. Please pay attention to the account status.

 

A few points to note:
1. All returned products must be undamaged, well packaged, and complete with all accessories.
2. Remember to take extra care to pack your return packages properly so they don't get damaged in transit - we are not responsible for any returns until they arrive at our return address. Also make sure to get proof of mailing for reference in case you need to check the status with the carrier before reaching us.
3. Promotions or items marked as flash sales, final sales and special sales, if there is no quality problem, are not eligible for return or exchange, and will not be refunded.
4. Multiple product orders cannot be returned or exchanged separately without quality problems.

 

In case of hardware quality problems, we will bear all the costs of replacement, including shipping and product replacement costs.
If there is no quality problem, in addition to the shipping cost you need to bear, we will deduct the shipping cost when refunding you, and only return the money corresponding to the value of your product.
Please pack your return item, print the label, and attach it to your return package after getting confirmation from our customer service. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
